Video orders are sent to the email you provided at purchase. This email contains a link that you can use to download your video.

Physical orders (shoes, socks) are sent to the address provided at purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Give the email a few minutes to send, and be sure to check your spam folder. If the video is not downloading properly or is playing incorrectly, try using a different web browser or switch to a laptop. If it is still not working, please submit a form through the “Contact” tab, or email giantfeetpromo@gmail.com. The video will be sent directly to you as soon as possible.

Go back through your email and find the confirmation from your original order. Click the link provided there, and a new confirmation with a working link will be sent to your email. These links last for 24 hours.

Yes, I take privacy very seriously. First of all, there is only 1 person running this website! I will never sell anyone’s data to other individuals, companies, etc.

I will never send you anything physical unless you specifically order it, and I will only email you if there is a problem with your order.

Mostly no. Most of the models use this specifically so they don’t have to talk to anyone themselves. A lot are very discreet, straight men who only like to facilitate things through me. Sorry!

Use the “Customs” tab in the menu to submit a request. Be sure to list everything you want so I can relay the information with the Giant as quickly as possible.
